This month, we’ll be focusing on nutritious recipes
The focus will be on vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free cooking. Cooking has been a passion of Rosetta’s ever since she was a little girl when her mother used to make delicious home-cooked meals “from scratch” back in the 50s. “Every Sunday I would look forward to the aroma of home made baked bread in the oven. While the oven was on, in order to save energy, my mother made sure the oven was filled with the rest of our meal. No food was ever wasted in my household; leftovers were made into a new dish!” Thanks to Rosetta’s mother, she has learned over the years how food can be a creative venture. We’re excited to share some of Rosetta’s very own nutritious recipes that are not only healthy, but taste good too!
