Almond flax seed crackers GF, flour free

Almond pulp left from making almond milk (see recipe in previous blog 2013) about 1 Cup, 1/2 Cup of flax seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of water for an hour until all water is absorbed, spices of your choice, 3 garlics finely chopped, 1/4 Cup of red onion finely chopped, tsp. of tamari, Tbsp of olive oil. If you have a dehydrator, spread on 2 sheets and dehydrate at 145degrees for 1 hour, then score into cracker shapes and turn down to 110 degrees for 6 hrs. Flip onto mesh rack and dehydrate for another 2 hours. If using an oven , spread on parchment paper & experiment with temperature and time. Maybe 350degrees for 15-20 mins ... let me know what you came up with ! Good luck! 🙂
